Shapeways customer service is amazing! I received prompt, helpful replies to the emails I sent. My product is very fragile and I was concerned that it might be damaged in it's round the world trip, but it was packaged EXTREMELY well. I will definitely use Shapeways again.

I wanted to thank you for your work and service I have enjoyed since first ordering beginning of this year. With your help it was possible to develop the best "RC-Motorbike" there is at the moment. I won the World Championship last week in Lostallo / CH. Other of my bikes reached 2nd and 9th place. I have attached a few pictures. You also see Bowie was having the ride of a lifetime. IHi, there, thanks for the quick shipping (from the Netherlands, avoiding long customs times :-) ).I have to admit, I did not expect toooooo much from my first "quick and dirty" test run with rapid prototyping. So I am very, VERY pleased with the result, it's drastically better than I thought it could come out (for 2 minutes of creating the 3d model). So: Thanks a lot! If the idea I am laboring with, works out as planned, I will become a regular customer of Shapeways (at least as long as the Dollar/Euro exchange rate stays the way it is, right now Shapeways is cheaper than European prototypers :-) )

I would just like to take this time to congratulate your company on how you flawlessly handled my first of hopefully many orders. You not only kept me in the know about the production of my product but it arrived at my house and I couldn't be more happy. I am happy that you delivered the product when expected. I am happy that the quality of the materials are phenomenal and the detail of cuts are crisp. I am most happy of all with how you handled the mix up in my order. I was happy to see that you handled the problem with reproducing my order without me asking, and gave me a process piece to see progress. This tells me that you are dedicated at not only making a good business but you are working for your customers and going that extra mile. Kudos to all on the Shapeways team.

I have been using Shapeways for some time now and am yet to be disappointed with the results. In fact I would say that each time you exceed my expectations. As your company gets bigger and better so do my projects and this time I am working on a 6 part piece that will push your machines to the limits..

As an absolute fail concerning high tech, I am in awe of the possibilities of Shapeways and the designers working with Shapeways. From a picture Cisn (Mark Houlson) made the dice I just needed as a trigger for a potential client! The process of putting my question on the forum until it was deliverd was even for me easy to do and relatively quick. What a future this must have!!

I am very impressed with Shapeways. Very proffessional. I model in Z scale- 1:220 and the products designed by Stonysmith are excellent in size and detail. This is a wonderful new tool for the hobbiest and artisans alike. I look forward to many more items coming down the tracks.

I'm thoroughly impressed by the quality, and am amazed the wings came out so well. It feels a bit fragile, and the balance is a bit off (it falls backward), but that's simply the model itself. As I work at a game company (I'm one of the founders), all of us at the office were immediately inspired to fire up our modeling software and make new cool stuff to send in! Thanks, Shapeways team, this might become my new hobby!

My Vortex Drops printed in gold plated metal arrived one day early in Australia and the results are greate. Lets hope Shapeways keeps this Gold plated material.

I've just placed my FOURTH order with Shapeways and every item ordered has been absolutely SENSATIONAL! Even with different artists and concepts, the quality of the prototyping has been consistent and even with some different choices of materials, I've NEVER been displeased from the order process thru delivery of my purchases! (Hey Axeman, ya gonna bring back the 'UP cruiser soon????)... The prices are fair, the communication excellent, shipping fast and safe and product quality above average...a totally 'sweet deal!' I just love the variety of items available and the fact that they are constantly updating and new items being added. Every week going thru the new stuff is like being a kid on Christmas morning! I received my Shapeways 3D print in strong and flexible limestone look a few weeks ago.
The colour is really great, much nicer than I expected after seeing the example on internet. The material is very thin and really flexible.
I didn't know what to expect from the possibility to read my poem when I would held the Light Poem in my hands, but actually it was really easy to read and looks great! I get a lot of reactions from friends.
It is a great way to honour my dad, he passed away and I wrote the poem I used for the Light Poem for him.

Hey everyone,
I just received my first model using the white, strong,flexible SLS process.
I have to say the level of detail is fantastic and the surface quality is much better than I expected! I have created many other models using FDM process which has no where near the surface quality of SLS.

Finally i got my skull ring printed in metal. And it looks awesome!
it came out better than i expected, with all the tooths and cracs in the skull clearly visible.
