ICFF is one of the biggest and most important design events in the USA, nigh, the world...
During the Fair's four days, 145,000 net square feet (13,500 net square meters) of the Javits Center will bustle with more than 23,000 interior designers, architects, retailers, designers, manufacturers, representatives, distributors, and developers. Members of the general public are welcome on Tuesday, May 17 when the ICFF is open to all comers.
More than 550 exhibitors will display contemporary furniture, seating, carpet and flooring, lighting, outdoor furniture, materials, wall coverings, accessories, textiles, and kitchen and bath for residential and commercial interiors. This assemblage of national and international exhibitors affords the chance to experience the most selective scope of the globe's finest, most creative, individual, and original avant-garde home and contract products (that's You all) – handily and temptingly showcased in one venue.
Was wondering if the designs that are printed need to be designed as functional or just concept? Will visitors to the fair have sitting access to the models? Are they supposed to be functional designs?
I have a question about the 3d model. Do you mean that whoever is the winner, he will have to send the prototype to icff exhibit?how do i enter the competition? Can i just send full rendered 3d images of my piece? Thank you
How about the amount that should not exceed 400 usd, what is that cost? Is that the cost of the actual piece if you will make it? Because it says you should not exceed with that amount.. Im a bit confused..please help
If i need to send you instructions/ some background information- where do you send it to? As i assume the upload function is expecting for the rendering files.
Also - i am new to 3D printing but where there are connection points- is there an expectation that we will need to send you separate renders and explain to you how they break down and how they need to be connected?
