I'm back from vacation, so based on the picture of this drinks menu can you guess where I went? For extra points, guess the bottom two cocktails.

(added on the 8th of September) To help you guys out, I've added another photograph below.

OK, you guys are getting close, I'll add another photo.

Michael already guessed it, right before I was going to add the picture below.

Back already!!?

Well, it definately looks somewhere asian! :-) Looks like you got yerself a screw driver, and daquiri on the menu.

If I were to make a first guess, I might say Japan, because of the flower?

Hrm, I don't think it's China ...

I don't think it's Thailand or Indonesia, because the writing there is different ... although, apparently there are many Chinese folks there that own business...

But I could be wrong!

I would say Korean, with their unique style in writing? The writing is definately not Kanji.

By the traffic cop I'd say Wonderland but I don't see Johny Depp any where, my guess Thailand. It could also be Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, or India. All Right side of Road drivers.

Yea, did an image search for communist statue and found it :-P. Once they put that sickle in there you know it's red.

Yay for North Korea! Did you have a great time?

The folks who own the variety store near us are Korean. They are wondeful people. I make them laugh a lot :-)

My mom was visiting last week. She is very tiny compared to me. I went into the Korean variety store, and the Lady said: "You got a big mum!?", and she put her around out and around to show me a big circle around her belly area.

I laughed and said: "excuse me?" She repeated it with the same motion: "You got a big mum!?",. And so I said, laughing, "but my mother is so tiny!". And then she laughed. She could hardly breath, she was laughing so hard! She couldn't stop laughing.

When she calmed down I realized she was pointing outside to where she sells flowers. And then I realized that earlier in the day, when her husband was working in the store, I had bought a huge potted mum plant. I love that family. We laughed for a long time.
