I agree completely - most of the things I've been doing have been for particular people. Some of them truly will be unique, because I won't ever put them up for sale. My dad stamps the bottom of his pottery with a stamp I made a year ago.

Though it takes much more time (and often more money), nothing really compares to the sentimental value of a personal gift.
