Amazing ... it's now reached $170,000 !

No doubt there is a HUGE demand for a home 3D printer (notice that the backers really dont mind the resolution , stepping layers, though one beta tester managed to go high quality close to what we've seen with ultimaker)

The Professor who invented RepRap has released a RepRap Huxly PRO Kit for $675 and you get it before Christmas 2011 ! Not February...

It includes modification from the previous Kit + 100 Meter of filament:
